Anyone need any costume jewelery for this upcoming Halloween holiday? Please don’t give me the spiel about how it’s not really a holiday. Believe me - I get the picture, but still consider it the coolest day of the year. Remember how great it was back when you a kid and doing all that trick-or-treating? Yeah, the nostalgia is kicking in. I certainly never forgot how much I loved heading down a dark and spooky street on that chilly October night. I shuffled quickly with my massive treat bag in hand. I wanted to fill that baby as full as I could possibly get it. After all, I had to stock up big time. Halloween only comes once a year, remember?
Once I had my bag stuffed with goodies, it was time to haul it all back home for a routine sorting. I think every kid on the planet does this. You just have to separate the chocolate from the lollipops and so on. These days I still enjoy that creepy night, however, I live it vicariously through my little girl. Well, the trick-or-treating part anyway. And now I have the pleasure of sorting through her treats.
